Tech Week Rewind

Six events later, we’re finally ready to wrap up our double Tech Week.

First: if this is your first Unicorner newsletter, welcome! We’re excited to have you join us and all the great folks in this entrepreneurially inclined community. For those who were able to come out to one of our recent events, that was just a small taste of what we’re all about.

This week, we’re showcasing everything we hosted for LA Tech Week. We’ll be back to our usual content next week, highlighting tomorrow’s Unicorns.

Our first stop was the iconic LA sushi restaurant: Nobu.

Despite our (increasing) sleep debt, we welcomed Mercury, Sunset, and 20 EMs & GPs for a delicious, private meal. Here’s us totally taking it seriously:

The best part, though, came not from what we had to say, but in what you had to share. All evening, the room buzzed with genuine connection that reminded us why we love this community.

The following day, we (in partnership with PwC) hosted our Zero to Unicorn fireside chat with Tyler Denk, CEO of beehiiv, moderated by Molly O’Shea. Both of these incredible folks conducted an even more incredible conversation.

The venue, provided by BLANKSPACES, was completely full, yet so quiet from how focused everyone was on the conversation that you could hear a pin drop.

Last, but absolutely not least, was the afterparty. This time, we took over another iconic LA venue, Delilah, with our friends over at Cerebral Valley.

As we wrap up this LA Tech Week, we raise a glass (or better, a martini 🍸️) to celebrate our third year representing the city we’re proud to call home.

We’ll be back with more Tech Week content in 2026, but until then, we still have two more months to keep the momentum going…
